I see you're in CA. There are a couple of options. If you're willing to be a victim, most major dept. stores will do make over kind of stuff. It's implied that you buy something, but you can get away on the cheap by getting a lip gloss. Also, if you have a friend who does hair, they can usually set you up with some help as well. Also, I know there are a lot of make up schools all over CA so you might want to consider doing some modeling for them, they always need faces to work on. You might not get super great makeup, but you can always pick up some good tricks. I personally do a lot of instructional work, but then, I'm in Denver, so that doesn't help much.
